How to reach us
You can reach us through the form on this site or by calling (770) 555-0100. Both routes reach the same crew, and both are treated the same way: your message is read, your problem is understood as far as your description allows, and you hear back with a plan rather than a generic acknowledgment. If water is backing up now, or a tank is leaking, say so first in whichever route you use, so we can prioritize accordingly.
We serve Woodstock in Cherokee County, our home base, and Cumming in Forsyth County, our footprint market. If you are outside those two towns, tell us anyway and we will say plainly whether we can help, rather than leaving you guessing. We do not do general plumbing beyond water heaters, drains, and sewer lines, so if your problem sits outside that scope, we will tell you that honestly instead of taking a job we are not sharp on.

What to include in your message
The more specific your message, the faster we can help, and the more accurate the first conversation will be. Start with which town you are in and which service you need: a drain problem, a water heater install or replacement, a tankless question, or a sewer line concern. Then describe the symptom in concrete terms. Which fixtures are affected? How long has the problem been building? Has it happened before, and what was done last time? That history often points straight at the cause, and it changes what we bring and where we start.
For water heater work, a photo of the current unit's label helps more than any description, because the model and capacity are right there on it. Tell us what fuel it uses, where it sits, and how your household uses hot water at its busiest: who showers when, and what else runs at the same time. That detail is what turns a first conversation into a correct size.
For drain or sewer problems, tell us whether the problem is one fixture or the whole house, whether it returns after clearing, and whether you have ever had a camera run before. If you have footage from a previous inspection, mention it. Comparing old footage with a fresh camera run is often the fastest route to the real fix.
You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself before contacting us. Describing what you see is enough. A slow sink plus a gurgling toilet plus a tub that rises when the washer runs is a description, not a diagnosis, and it tells us a great deal. The same goes for a tank that rumbles, a tank that delivers rusty water, or a drain that clears for a week and then slows again. Describe, and we will do the diagnosing.
What happens after you get in touch
After your message or call, we confirm the problem as you described it, ask any follow-up questions that change the plan, and agree on a visit. We will tell you honestly what to expect on timing, including what to do while you wait if water is backing up or a tank is leaking. Stop running water if a main line is backing up. Stop using hot water if a tank leak is active. Those two steps prevent a bad situation from getting worse while the crew is on the way.
On arrival, the technician looks before recommending. For drains and sewer lines, that means questions about the pattern, then clearing or a camera run as the situation calls for. For water heaters, that means looking at the unit, the connections, the venting path, and the gas or electric supply before recommending a size or a swap. You will get upfront pricing before work starts, for a defined scope: which unit, which size, which venting plan, which disposal plan, and which warranty terms. If the scope changes because we find something new, you hear about the change before we do the extra work, not after.
After the work, we test before we leave. A cleared drain is tested with a full flow, not a dribble. A new water heater is tested at a fixture, with temperature confirmed and every joint checked for leaks under pressure. A replaced sewer line is camera verified. The work area is left clean, and an old unit or old pipe section is removed as part of the job where that applies. You will also hear what to watch for afterward: what normal looks like, what would be a reason to call back, and what maintenance helps the fix last, such as sediment flushing and anode rod checks for a tank, or descaling for a tankless unit.
